Struggling with Delegation?

Struggling with Delegation?

Nobody ever regretted spending too much time with family on their deathbed. But many people regret spending too much time at work.

There are over 30 million small business owners in the US alone and over 15 million managers at corporations in the US alone. I think 44 million of them struggle with delegation.

Seriously, in my experience, letting go of control and delegating work to others is the single biggest challenge that entrepreneurs, small business owners and middle managers have. It’s rough, and takes a real toll on you.

Struggling with delegation affects your work output – but more importantly, it impacts your life. People end up working longer hours – and then have less TIME for their spouses, their children, and/or their health.

It doesn’t have to be this way!

I wrote my newest book to help people with the delegation struggle. Get Over Yourself: How to Lead and Delegate Effectively for More Time, More Freedom, and More Success is now available for preorder (and I just found out Barnes & Noble is running a special 48-hour 25% discount!)

This book is a culmination of my experiences and lessons in entrepreneurship and leadership. It’s tailored for today’s dynamic business world, offering insights into effective delegation and maintaining a healthy work-life balance amidst the challenges of remote work, AI, and the gig economy. And the book holds a very special place in my heart.

It reflects over two decades of my personal and professional journey, filled with stories and lessons that have shaped me. I’m sharing these experiences with you, in hopes of inspiring and guiding your path, means the world to me.

Key takeaways from Get Over Yourself include:

  • Mastering delegation for growth and success
  • Navigating challenges in today’s new work environment
  • Building a team culture of trust and autonomy
  • Prioritizing and creating a sustainable balance between work and life

Transform your approach to business and leadership.

Thank you for your support, and here’s to your success!
