    From my experience the reason for this phenomenon is heavily based upon the fact that the CEO is the figure head and representation often of the company.
    Especially working with CEO’s firsthand, you can easily tell when the entire team and company supports that figure’s ideas as well.

    If you look at Grant Cardone for example, you can see this in action instantly.
